The Wilderness Weekend series is a quarterly event that invites women from Alberta to participate in activities that develop their outdoor skills and competencies. Education and informative sessions focused on hunting, fishing, survival, and outdoor recreational activities are offered over a weekend. You can expect a supportive, inclusive, and educational environment. We welcome participants from all skill levels and backgrounds.Our sessions will have a beginner focus so all participants can be included and learn.
The Spring Episode of the Women's Wilderness Weekend will be held at the HI Kananaskis Wilderness Hostel.
** Please Note - Participants wanting to leave their vehicle in the hostel parking lot overnight requires a Conservation Pass found here: https://www.alberta.ca/kananaskis-conservation-pass

There are no refunds on membership fees.
Refunds for events may be available based on the terms identified in the event. A refund processing fee will be charged for any event refunds that are authorized.
Who can access the The Clubhouse member portal?
Please note that the The Clubhouse member portal is to be used by members of The Clubhouse only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by The Clubhouse staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the The Clubhouse member portal are safe and friendly, The Clubhouse staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted.
